Ok.

I wasn't expecting much, but I'm impressed. It was funny, the graphics were decent. The soldier guy's head was drawn fucking hilariously.

I want to say that the writing is "crisp". I'm not sure if you'll understand that. Whatever.

Good movie. Keep it up. You're really going to kick ass some day.

I loved it. I'm so drunk. I just had this beef from Belgium called Delirium. Great stuff. 9%. Comes in a snifter with pink elephants on it.

Anyway, damn good movie.

Ok. I'll bite.

Graphics: They don't move.
Style: Ten points for concept, negative nine for not using any others.
Sound: That fucking voice is terrible. Even when you do say things that make sense, that annoying ass squirrell voice ruins it. Some might say that as a clock, I'm not one to talk. Fuck that, clock voices don't hurt your ears.
Violence: No violence.
Interactivity: No interactivity.
Humor: I actually laughed once, but then I remembered that my eardrums were being torn apart by the most annoying voice in the world, and it stopped my glee.
Overall: Not very good, even for a foamy cartoon. The rant was ok.

As to the actual point of your movie, people have to worry about themselves and their lives even when other people are drowning to death. Your use of the tragedy to get another shitty foamy movie onto the portal is just as bad as some guy sitting behind his desk.

However, I don't think you should kill yourself. I think you should just get a better character, because Foamy's an asshat.
